so i had a shitty birthday, no thanks to josh. i recognized that whatever happened was partly my fault, i should have woken up and did my best, so that even if no one turned up – it was definitely not my fault. however, at the end of the day, josh also clearly didn’t tell anyone 1) the meeting and 2) the right time for the meeting, so i felt a little relieved myself.
i was pretty adamant to spend my day happy, starting from like 3a.m (LOL). so i hopped on strapya’s world and bought a number of stuffs. obviously, i won’t get them till after christmas, i bet, especially for the thing i pre-ordered. BUT I AM SO EXCITED!!! because…

1) i bought myself a surprise grab bag. there’s a HUNDRED keitai dangly things (netsuke) in there. after leaving singapore, i have been so starved of nice dangly stuffs for my phones – the ones they sell here just don’t seem right >.> and so, while i am not quite sure what i will get, nor do i know if i would be entirely happy with what i will be getting – on the bright side, if i don’t like them, there’s always ebay!

i have a nice pink colored well decorated phone too, and i was getting tired of the fluffy ball that’s hanging of it, so yay to new dangly shit! :p

2) hiragana name stamps!

this would be useful when i continue with my jap class next year – no more shitty/tiny handwriting that my teachers might not be able to tolerate. lol my handwriting was so tiny my lecturer complained. a whole paragraph fitted just 3 lines on the same page >.> or maybe, even with this, i can do that. hrmmmm…

3) Summer Windbell

ya, i know, i bought a whole bag worth of netsuke, wth do i need another one for? i told you i am starving for them tho! :p

aside from blowing out on strapya, i bought a new wallet from Ebay too. my old wallet was kind of cute, and it had all the card holders that i would ever need. the problem with it was that it was too small for Aussie 50 dollar notes. so if i withdrew some for the day/week, they wouldn’t fit. i would sometimes fold it into a corner of the wallet but… i lost 50 bucks last week because of that.

Besides all that, my animals decided that they would sharpen their teeth on my Birkenstocks. now, i love my birkenstocks, and they are real nice and comfy after they were broken in. however, i don’t and can’t have 120 bucks just blown away on a new pair – when the non-caged kitten is still wildly on the loose and chewing half of my shoes/doona/towels. so, i bought something else cheaper.

i wanted to get the pink one, but they were sorely out of stock. no idea when it would be in either. not a big deal. aside from all that above i got today, i managed to get both Zelda for my Wii and zelda for my Ds. i lay-by a few stuffs from the sports shop too.

namely, a Wilson Hope Tennis Racquet (i reckon it will be the lightest racquet i have ever owned then), a nike sports bag ( in pink duh) and some tennis balls. now, while i was shopping for a racquet, i chanced upon some cute, pink ones from Serena Williams and whatever other star-named racquets there were out there. i was considering getting them just coz they looked so cute, until some thing stopped me.

other than that, i got alot done today, that was partly for me, and partly for everyone else that i was supposed to do like, last week.

1) sent dad some money. i have to say, that only took 6 months to organise AND remember. geez. go me.

2) bought stamps for christmas cards! w00t! i am half way there. presents will arrive later people, i ain’t that rich. (infact, talking about that, i might mail them off one by one, slowly. just so i can have more money to buy nice shit)
3) grabbed some bags for donating phones at eb games – my mobile phone in particular. i don’t usually part with my mobile phones. i keep them in some kind of museum at the back of my house. but this was for a good cause, so i brought home 2 bags, and might ask my dad to forward some of my old phones to me to mail them off. i have lost my chargers for some of them ever since, so i doubt they would work properly anyways.

so i came home, after having a nice sushi lunch and walking around the mall, grabbing some movies to watch for the night, and popped into a nice long nap. i woke up to find Truffle wrapped around my wrist like how i hug my bolster. this damn kitten is picking up my habits!

and then, i watched transformers and fell in love with Bumble Bee. Someone buy me a Chevrolet Camaro 2008/2009 oh, and please throw in some neko mimis, thanks.
