ah… it’s been a while since i have played such games. gopets remind me of neopets, albeit all updated and meant for this generation of players. blogs, pet blogs, ipod for you pets, and making u interact more for the shells (their currency).

random people’s pets appearing on my desktop ^_^ this encourages community spirit (or so they think. honestly, these people leaves testimonials and adds me as friends but i think i talk about… none to them )

like neopets, you can adopt pets, unlike neopets, there’s only 2 different pets so far, a dog and a cat. the thing is, the first one is free, the 2nd one tho costs you 50 gold shells. you only earn gold shells through referring people and/or buying them, subscribe to them. yer, it’s like approved ebaying.

i guess it can’t be help though, it’s not like making a server is free.

anyways, the game seems pretty neat. i checked them out months ago, but i couldn’t play much because the client was essentially in chinese, and traditional chinese too, which i can’t read. i couldn’t find the option to change it to english so i gave up.

coming back to it, i found that we could adopt dogs and there’s panda suit.. yay.. plus a real background now instead of just our desktop, which can be annoying. the bad part is, whenever events occur in the game, it windows me out of l2 (i left it running in the background) or whatever i do. this happened so much i had to quit l2 client.

i am starting to collect lotsa stuff in the game. well i intend to. it’s nice to be able to dress up your pets anyways, or your character. that’s one thing sad about l2 i can’t make bw robes PINK robes anyways.

that’s my doggie… YES IT’S CALLED RANG RANG!!!! and the other dog is called wang wang… lol… yer i made another account coz i was too poor to have another dog. at one stage i was sharing stuff between the 2 accounts, but i decided to consolidate into one account instead. need to raise money now to dress up wangwang too lol

i should make a cat or a dog with all those cute double names like ruru… or roro or baibai lol…

shop’s doing pretty well too, and until i ran out of fortune cookies they were giving me great stuff as well. pretty cute game… maybe i had be as addicted to it as i was with neopets too ;o
