Bits and pieces of Toradora! (yes, I know it probably finished a while ago, I didn’t managed to find time to watch it when it was being slowly released. now I am paying the price of finding 0 seeders)

Kaichou wa Maid sama

I don’t know what it is about this series. It’s driving me mad with lots of love for it. Hell, I actually looked at a few maid costumes for a while no thanks to it. But it’s just such a cute show, with very cliche plots and so on and yet it grabs on tight to me. I absolutely love it.

Misa-chan is the first female student council president at her school, which used to be an all male school that just turned co-ed. To ensure that the male students respect female students and that there’s equality, she can often be quite hard on the boys and… to some extent, quite unfair. However, on the side, contrary to her “feminist” ideals, she works part time as a maid in a maid cafe to support her poor family. She tries to keep this information away from her school mates… until someone happen to see her at the maid cafe. This is the story of her life after that :p

on many levels, it reminds me of “My Sassy Girl”, because of how strong a personality Misa-chan is. at the same time, it’s unique in how dense she is when it comes to certain issues. Usui, her unexpected friend in her times of need, is of course… well.. my dream guy HAHAHAHAHAHA. If only to be 16 again… T_T

Hakuouki

and, of course, the Edo period series, Hakuouki. Not sure how this anime will turn out. currently quite promising even if it drags like a bitch at times.

Of course, I am still watching Naruto Shippuden (albeit I lapse every now and then so that I wouldn’t wait too much), Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist.

Tv Shows: Bones; House; Lie to me

My stupid right arm: On the one hand, when I do go to the physio, it feels like it has improved. infact, that’s how it’s felt in the past 3 weeks, constantly improving. Today, my stupid degenerate of a right hand hurt like something exploded. the pain pulsed and throbbed from the wrist, to the elbows, to the back of my arm and then just right under the shoulder blades. Even after 2 Ibuprofen + Codeienes didn’t shut it up. took a third one and my night dose of endep to finally stem it of. Even then, I can feel hints of it just under the elbow nook. argh.

Been hooked on:

Pet Society will be the bane of my life. on the one hand, I hate it, Hotel City and Farmville for various reasons, ranging from how clockwork and mundane it is, to how much it is a rip off everyone. yet, at the same time, I am so drawn to how cute and pretty everything is. It reminded me a little about Gopets, something which I played once upon a time.

Back then, gopets has a PC Client component, and you can have pets crawling around your desktop and have other pets visiting yours, etc. As a way to be unique, you can “design” and “sell” clothings of your choice, on top of the variety that is already available. Sadly, Gopets has now disappeared, more or less. I started playing it less eventually myself. It required too much work and attention, then suddenly, one day, I discovered it was close.

Now, Pet Society tempts me with various ways to re-decorate the “house” my pets lives in. Similarly, I feel an urge to re-design my farm in FarmVille too. argh, MUST. RESIST!!!

Nursing: been reading up alot more about EENs and what they can do, in anticpation of the possibility of joining the EENs course. so, it seems, with further studies, quite available via distance education from the College of Nursing, I can specialise in particular aspects of nursing. I am quite intrigued by the Critical Care and Perioperative specialisation… hrmmmm

All right, need to be off to bed now. Completely forgot I am going to work just a wee bit earlier than usual tomorrow. oops.
